Hi there! This site is my web development sand box. A few resources may be useful. One, Pheidole Names, a set of PHP scripts that allow users to query Bolton's taxonomic catalogue from their browser. Two, a new version of Cory Unruh's Iceryine Online. I also have a fasta to nexus converter for your delight. I had written one de novo in PHP. Alas, it didn't work properly. I've rebuilt it using BioPerl. Now it should work. Check out my blog.
